You accept the terms & conditions of utilisation of the naming ceremony.
Terms & Conditions
- Unirexcity will never request direct access to the Update Authority of your collection, the Naming Ceremony program will request punctual signatures to achieve requested actions.
- The scope of the actions handled by the Naming Ceremony program, in regards to NFTs on-chain data, is limited to updating the name.
- Unirexcity doesn't charge any creation or management fee throughout the process. Creators only have to pay Solana network fees.
- Projects can charge participants a flat fee of SOL or SPL token, and Unirexcity doesn't take a % cut from that fee.
- The collected funds will be escrowed until the manual withdrawal of the funds.
- Withdrawals can't be completed unless all naming requests are handled, whether validated or rejected.
- Unirexcity charges participants a fee of 0.02SOL, which will be added to the project's defined fee.
- Unirexcity's fee is NOT REFUNDABLE once paid.
- During the Naming Ceremony, projects may accept requests, or reject them.
- After the end date, projects can also accept or reject requests.
- Participants with rejected requests will be refunded automatically by the program.
- Participants can name or rename their eligible NFTs as long as the naming ceremony is open (before the set end date)
- Projects may choose to close the naming ceremony at any moment, as long as all requests are handled.
- Unirexcity will keep a brief history of requests & the original name of NFTs named through the Naming Ceremony program.
- Naming Ceremonies can't be edited once created. They can, however, be canceled easily through the administration panel.
- Unirexcity is not responsible for any offensive or inappropriate naming requests. However, Unirexcity provides - to the best of its ability - tools allowing Projects to filter & search requests before accepting them.
- Unirexcity, its agents, directors, or officers shall not assume any liability or responsibility for any misuse of the tool.
- If projects, incorrectly accept offensive naming requests, they'll be able to rectify the on-chain data on their own or via the UPDATE NAME page. (as long as it is available)
